Fast and unsafe traffic, lack of pedestrian crossings, need for a new outpatient clinic, organizing a charity event and recycling for cleaner environment.
This is what was included in the list of “problems” compiled by the students from the primary school “Zivko Brajkovski” from the Municipality of Butel, with the support of their teachers during the first of the cycle of four workshops entitled “We Locate the Problem, We Seek a Solution”.
The workshop which took place in mid-March 2018 was attended by 22 students of Macedonian and Albanian language of instruction who were divided into four groups and put into the role of teachers, citizens, representatives of the civic sector and representatives of the municipality. Each group was tasked to choose one problem affecting the citizens of the municipality and, through mutual communication and cooperation, offer possible solutions.
These students will continue their cooperation in the following meeting where each group will prepare a portfolio for their problem together with the offered solutions.
