At the end of April, 2018, a joint sports activity entitled “Games Without Frontiers” was organized in the “Pero Nakov” secondary school in Kumanovo. The activity was attended by 20 students from the school who study in different languages of instruction.
The activity was preceded by several joint meetings on which the students first and foremost chose the types of games they would play. Then, they made emblems which they printed on their sports jerseys. In the end, the young people prepared creative flyers and invitations for the event.
In addition to the fact that the entire activity contributed to greater interethnic cohesion among young people, the activity itself had a humanitarian character. The students will use the funds collected from the audience for humanitarian purposes.
Тhis activity is supported by the Youth Ethnic Integration Project, funded by the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
