At the end of April, 2018, the students from the two satellite schools “Elpida Karamandi” in the village of Capari and “Krste Petkov Misirkov” in the village of Kisala held an ecology workshop.
The goal of the workshop was to raise the awareness among young people about air pollution, to identify the factors causing this state and to discuss the potential ways in which they can contribute to reducing air pollution.
The workshop began with a brief lecture, and then proceeded with a productive discussion on air pollution. Inspired by the discussion, the students worked on creating eco messages written in Macedonian and Albanian.
With the support of their teachers, they placed their messages on an eco-board that will adorn the hall of the regional school “Elpida Karamandi” in the village of Capari and serve as a reminder of the cooperation, friendship and shared moments of these students from different ethnic background.
