In the middle of April 2018, another interesting activity was organized within the art section in the “Braka Ribar” elementary school in Tabanovce, Kumanovo.
Around thirty young creative students from different languages of instruction jointly drew spring-inspired drawings. Using various art techniques, colors and materials, they were both learning and having fun, but more importantly, they were nurturing mutual friendship and cooperation.
After several hours of drawing, the diligent primary school students celebrated the successfully completed work in the school yard, where, under the mentorship of their teachers, they had fun playing several sports games.
The art works of the students will decorate the school panel and will be part of the forthcoming exhibition on the occasion of the school’s annual day celebration.
This activity is part of the art school club of the school within the Strengthening Multiethnic Cooperation in Municipalities Project, funded by the Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation. The main goal of the project is to increase interethnic integration in the society, promoting multiculturalism and actively involving the students of different ethnic backgrounds in various activities.
